It’s all go in the kitchen!  In fact, I’m not really sure why I’m stopping to write anything– stupidity?  Procrastination?  Progress?  One of those I’m sure….

We have a 9.9 kg turkey this year– and if you think in pounds like I do, it’s just under 22lbs.  Wow.  It’s like the same size as a 7 year old.  That’s definitely my PB and some sort of record I think.  Even the women at Costco commented on it– because he was the biggest one in the case!  Yikes,  I’m not sure the oven is big enough!

Oh well, he fit in the trunk of Supercar so fingers crossed!   This time tomorrow he’ll likely be a distant memory!  Along with everything else I’m cooking!  Check out the pictures of my progress and Happy Thanksgiving!
