Terrifying! And this Christmas, I’m thinking of selling cookie boxes. I’m still tossing the idea around in my head, but watch this space!
For now, I’m still baking– and I’ve fallen way behind on keeping track of WHAT I’m baking!
We’ve done Cowboy Cookies, Double Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookies , Christina Tosi’s Chipless Wonders (with chips!), and Monster Cookies (with monster eyes) for Halloween! They were super cute! Rice Krispie Cookies and Red Wine Brownie Cookies.
This week we’re road testing the Ted Lasso Biscuits and Delicious’ Double Chocolate Cookies (with white chocolate chips) which I’m sure I’ve made before but I can’t find a recipe for online.
My biggest challenge this week is deciding whether to move ahead with Christmas cookies boxes– and if I do, what to put in them! Claude has written me a 10 step plan and a timeline chart. All I need to do is to get brave enough to put it into place. This week is a big week!!!
